Kindergarten Assistant Teacher

Job Introduction

Support the care, development, and educational growth of children during daily activities.
Assist in planning and organizing professional tasks under the guidance of the department head.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with parents or legal guardians.
Carry out educational and childcare responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Deliver age-appropriate teaching and learning activities for children.
Contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that encourages children’s growth and development.

Job Experience

Completed education as a preschool or kindergarten teacher, or an equivalent educational qualification.
Responsible, patient, and positive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds or supervisory experience may be considered when a preschool teacher is not available.
