About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious educational institution in Qatar for an experienced and visionary Kindergarten Principal to lead their Early Childhood Education program with Cambridge experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall academic leadership, administration, and operational management of the kindergarten, ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education in line with Qatar's Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to all teaching and support staff(Deliver Cambridge Programme successfully)
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the early childhood curriculum in alignment with Qatar national standards
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) licensing and permit requirements
• Oversee daily operations of the kindergarten including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community
• Mentor, coach, and conduct performance evaluations for teaching staff
• Monitor and assess student progress, wellbeing, and developmental outcomes
• Represent the institution in meetings with regulatory bodies, parents, and community stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a closely related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A recognized teaching qualification license — one of the following is required:
• PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
• Or an equivalent internationally recognized teaching license
• Cambridge experience

Additional Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred (as per the nature of the role and institutional requirements)
• Native English speaker or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 level)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks (e.g., EYFS, IB PYP, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
