Department: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Job Summary
The EYFS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Early Years department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The role involves supporting teachers, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 4–6, ensuring curriculum implementation, and promoting children's development, wellbeing, and school readiness.
Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and support EYFS teachers and teaching assistants.
- Monitor classroom practices to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback to staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling and classroom organization.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.
2. Curriculum Implementation
- Ensure the EYFS curriculum is effectively planned and delivered.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and learning outcomes.
- Support staff in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Ensure activities promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
3. Child Development & Assessment
- Monitor children’s progress through observation and assessment records.
- Ensure proper documentation of learning journeys and developmental milestones.
- Identify children requiring additional support and coordinate interventions.
- Promote inclusive education practices.
4. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, secure, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Ensure health, hygiene, and safety regulations are followed.
- Monitor student wellbeing and behaviour management.
5. Parent Communication
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Organize parent meetings, workshops, and communication updates.
- Address concerns related to child development and learning progress.
6. Administrative Duties
- Maintain EYFS records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with inspections, audits, and school accreditation requirements.
- Support school events, activities, and early years programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- EYFS certification or relevant early years training preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Early Years education, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- CACHE LEVEL 3 OR ABOVE (Preferred)
