Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kindergarten Teacher at GIIS, Abu Dhabi. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment, planning and implementing lessons according to the Montessori curriculum, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other educators. The teacher will also participate in school's extracurricular activities, ensuring a holistic development approach for the students.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and classroom management
• Ability to apply the Montessori approach and international preschool education methods
• Proficiency in creating lesson plans and assessing student progress
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Familiarity with holistic development frameworks like the 9Gems model is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
• Teaching certification or Montessori certification preferred
