Kindergarten Teacher

The main role of the Kindergarten teacher is to create a learning environment where all students are challenged according to their ability, using effective teaching and assessment strategies that enhances their knowledge, skills and understanding.

1. To use a variety of teaching strategies;

2. To build on students ‘prior knowledge;

3. To use a variety of resources with an emphasis on meaningful technology implementation;

4. To involve students actively in their own learning;

5. To provide experiences in critical thinking, communication, and personal and social relationships;

6. To maintain constant awareness of the needs of second language learners;

7. To address the needs of students with different levels and types of ability through differentiation.

8. To promote student’s physical, mental, behavioral, and social development;

To work in collaboration with Educational support to enhance classroom learning
