Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and experience in delivering the CBSE curriculum in a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered classroom environment.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate student records as per CBSE and school guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
• Ensure classroom practices comply with ADEK guidelines and school policies.

ADEK-Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Kindergarten Teacher
• Experience with the CBSE curriculum is preferred
• UAE teaching experience preferred
• Availability of Equivalency Certificates for the teaching qualification – An added advantage
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong classroom management and child engagement skills
