Job Responsibilities:

Communicated the work plan, guided the business work of team members, and made efforts to improve sales and service performance.

Responsible for staff training, daily management, implementation, and management of rules and regulations, and other related matters.

Responsible for inventory, sales, display, system orders, and other related matters.

Maintain the order of the shop and solve temporary disputes.

Responsible for the supervision of shop cleaning.

Responsible for building the whole team, coordinating internal conflicts, and solving problems.

Responsible for cooperation with superior leaders and their shops of the company.

Reduce item loss and prevent theft.
Job Requirements:

The retail Industry with jewelry/accessories is a must for 2 years

Management experience in Luxury goods.

Have specific communication and coordination abilities, leadership and management ability, and affinity.

Have rigorous and serious work spirit and high work efficiency.

Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

High level of training skills and shift the knowledge to improve the staff level.

Understand the professional knowledge and latest trends in the industry
Salary
:
4,500 - 5,000/ month plus commission
