Who We're Looking For

We are currently hiring Arabic-speaking candidates — male or female, ages 20 to 35 — who are enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in a retail sales environment.

• Arabic fluency is required for this role.
• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Preferred age range: 20–35 years old.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and approach customers passing by the kiosk in a friendly, engaging manner
• Demonstrate how our scent diffuser machines work and allow customers to sample perfumes
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• Keep the kiosk organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, product knowledge, and inventory

What You Bring

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Previous retail or kiosk sales experience (fragrance or electronics is a plus)
• A persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Available to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for fragrance and helping people enhance their spaces
