Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, driven, positive and dynamic team member to join our fast growing organization. A detail-oriented independent Designer to join our creative team. This role offers the flexibility to work on-site and in the field. Play a leading role in contributing to innovative design across various remodeling projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in 20/20 Design software and a solid understanding of Kitchen and Bath remodeling Design principles. A passion to stay up to date with trends and continuing their professional education for a cutting edge and customer focused design. The ability to collaborate with clients and project teams, so to develop precise and visually compelling designs, schematics, and drafting documents that meet project specifications and standards. Key requirements are previous sales experience, working within a team, and a network of proven contacts in the Construction and Design Industry.

Must Have: (no exceptions)

• Significant 20/20 Design experience (will require proof of ability)
• Interior Design experience
• Sales experience (significant)
• Have worked within a commission oriented pay plan
• Portfolio of previous work
• Computer literacy, working with a calendar, Iphone, and all Google suite products
• Local knowledge of the Kitchen and Bath remodeling industry in SWFL with a contact base and previous customers to rely on jump starting your success
• Customer service experience with an aptitude to work with varying clients from all lifestyles
• Be direct, honest, and have a problem solving nature

Responsibilities

• All comprehensive detailed 2D and 3D designs using 20/20 software and AutoCad and Sketchup
• Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documents for construction and remodeling projects
• Utilize your extensive Design capabilities to create compelling Kitchen and Bath Designs to aid in selling the project to clients
• Have experience in working with projects requiring a Permitting process, and an understanding of construction principles
• Apply 2D and 3D animation techniques to visualize concepts and enhance presentation materials
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and project managers to refine design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new tools or techniques to improve design efficiency
• Have experience and aptitude for AI generated apps and the drive to learn as the industry evolves into animation and AI software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• An in-depth understanding of Project Management

Qualifications and Education:

• College education and Interior Design Degree, with a business or marketing background
• Must have proven experience with 20/20 Design works, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar programs
• Strong background in mechanical design, drafting, schematics development, and construction documentation
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation is a plus for visual presentations
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical 20/20 presentations
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and Website marketing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects effectively
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
• Excellent Interior Design aptitude and experience working with clients on interior design, color and design selections and layout for remodeling
• Ability to fully understand and anticipate the needs of the client and project.

• Work with partners in the Fabrication, Lighting, Flooring and Appliance industry, in SWFL
• Access to our Project and Construction Manager with General Contractor license
• Partner with our team in business development and sales and customer service
• Work alongside two owners with extensive Project Management and Business experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $51,366.93 - $75,000.00 per year
