We are expanding into Florida and have immediate designer/sales position open at our Island Kitchen & Bath Designs showroom in Orange Park, Florida. This showroom has been completely renovated with new displays from several high end cabinet manufactures. We are looking for a veteran designer that has experience with 2020 or Prokitchen that can present a portfolio of past high end design and sales, prefereably with Master Brand products.

Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Representative

Immediate openings for a Designer / Sales Representative in Orange Park, Florida!

Minimum Job Requirements & Experience - Sales Representative / Designer

• 3 years’ experience as a mid to high-end kitchen & bath designer
• Must be proficient in 2020 Design or ProKitchen Software
• Average to advanced computer skills
• Excellent customer service and interactive skills
• Self–motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Bi-lingual is a big plus!

Responsibilities - Sales Representative / Designer:

• Timely follow-up with company-provided showroom and website leads
• Effective design presentations to clients using 2020/ProKitchen Software
• Prepare sales contracts from company-provided software
• Verify material & labor pricing with suppliers/trade partners
• Assist in job problem-solving as applicable
• Responsive, while returning phone calls & emails in a timely fashion
• We are open Monday-Saturday, Closed on Sunday and most holidays.

Compensation: Very lucrative commission opportunity!

• Total hourly/commission compensation ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+

Employment Conditions:

• Must be U.S. Citizen or legally qualified to work in the U.S. and currently living in the Jacksonville/Orange Park area of Florida.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile in good condition, & State Minimum Auto Liability Insurance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
