Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed layout designs using 20/20 Design software to visualize kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Support the team in conducting product demos, lighting design consultations, and merchandising displays to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales teams on inside and outside sales efforts, including upselling high-end products and managing account relationships.
• Participate in remodeling projects by understanding construction processes, renovation timelines, and maintenance requirements.
• Help prepare proposals by applying retail math skills for pricing, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing product presentations and supporting promotional events.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in 20/20 Design to develop accurate layouts and visualizations.
• Strong communication skills for effective negotiation, inside sales, and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and maintenance practices within residential or commercial settings.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling, and merchandising strategies.
• Organizational skills to manage stock levels, product demos, and marketing materials efficiently.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, budgeting estimates, and pricing strategies.
