Kitchen and Bath Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team! In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming clients’ visions into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise in layout design, renovation, and high-end sales will help customers bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for interior design, construction, and customer service while working with a diverse range of clients. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the entire remodeling process, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Create detailed layout designs using 2020 Design software.
• Provide expert advice on renovation options, product selections and remodeling strategies.
• Conduct product demos and upsell premium fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inside sales and outside sales efforts by building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Assist customers with POS transactions, cash handling, retail math calculations, and merchandising to enhance the project experience.
• Maintain organized records of account management activities .
• Support store operations through organizing displays, and ensuring the showroom reflects current trends in interior design and lighting sales.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in layout design using 2020 design software.
• Strong background in renovation, remodeling, construction, or interior design industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated success sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math calculations, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills for accurate estimates.
• Organizational skills to manage account details, project timelines, and inventory efficiently.
• Knowledge of measurements and install requirements in regards to cabinets and countertops preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
