Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our vibrant design team. In this role, you will transform clients’ visions into stunning, functional spaces by leveraging your expertise in interior design, cabinetry, lighting, and renovation processes. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver customized solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in drafting, project management, and design software while helping clients realize their dream kitchens and bathrooms.

Duties

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom projects
• Develop detailed design concepts using software tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Create comprehensive plans including cabinetry layouts, lighting schemes, color palettes, and material selections
• Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications using Bluebeam and CAD drafting techniques
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible within project budgets and timelines
• Present design proposals clearly to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final plan
• Manage project timelines from initial concept through installation, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the renovation or remodeling process
• must know sketch up, chief or some related rafting software

Experience

• Proven experience in kitchen and bath design or interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization
• Knowledge of lighting sales, lighting design principles, and lighting installation processes
• Familiarity with construction practices, remodeling procedures, and contract management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Understanding of color theory, CAD drafting standards, and interior design principles
• Experience working within budgets while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship is preferred

Pay: From $56,389.79 per year
