We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team! Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Develop detailed layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design tools to create realistic visualizations of proposed spaces.
• Provide expert advice on renovation options, construction processes, and maintenance considerations to ensure practical and durable results.
• Conduct inside and outside sales by presenting product demos, explaining features, and upselling premium materials or fixtures.
• Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, negotiation, and account management strategies to foster customer loyalty.
• Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math calculations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining organizational skills for stock management.
• Promote high-end lighting sales by showcasing innovative lighting solutions that enhance interior design concepts.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in product demos and in-store promotional events to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design or kitchen/bathroom remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, and lighting design tools is essential for creating accurate layouts and visualizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with inside and outside sales experience to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction standards, and maintenance practices relevant to kitchen and bath projects.
• Ability to handle retail transactions accurately using POS systems while demonstrating retail math proficiency.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
