Kitchen and Bath Designer 3+ yrs Experience Required

KabCo Kitchens – West Palm Beach is growing, and we’re ready to raise the bar. This is a salary + uncapped commission position with serious earning potential for the right person.

We are looking for a talented, polished, high-performing Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team who knows how to communicate, move fast, and close confidently.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years kitchen & bath design experience
• Strong cabinetry knowledge
• Proficiency in: 2020 Design Live (required)
• Experience taking projects from measure → design → sale → installation support

Location Requirement

• Live in Palm Beach County
• Understand the local market

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in showroom and on-site
• Take accurate field measurements
• Create kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design Live
• Present designs, product selections and close sales
• Order cabinetry and materials
• Support project manager and installers during installation
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
