We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to transform visions into reality. You’ll dive into client projects, craft stunning designs in 20/20, and guide customers through smart product selections—all while keeping budgets and timelines on track. And here’s a big win: all of our cabinet lines are proudly Made in the USA—making them easier to sell and more attractive than imported cabinets that face tariffs and delivery uncertainties.

What Makes a Successful Designer Here
- Organized, creative, and driven
- A designer who sells as well as creates
- Confident in 20/20 (multiple cabinet lines a plus)
- Experienced with both trade pros and homeowners
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Sharp project manager with an eye for detail
- Comfortable coordinating with installers and contractors
- 3+ years of kitchen design & sales experience
- 2+ years of 20/20 software experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Degree in Interior Design (preferred, not required)
- NKBA certification (a plus)
- Earning potential: $60K–$100K+
