Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer (High Commission Potential)

Our kitchen, bath, and tile showroom is growing, and we are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on closing deals.

This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for someone who actively pursues opportunities, follows up with clients, and enjoys the challenge of turning showroom visits into sales.

If you are driven, competitive, and enjoy helping clients design beautiful spaces while earning strong commissions, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with homeowners, builders, and remodelers
• Design kitchens and bathrooms using our showroom products and 20/20 software
• Guide customers through tile, cabinetry, and fixture selections
• Prepare proposals and close sales
• Follow up on leads and develop repeat clients

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales background
• Strong closing skills
• Self-motivated and competitive personality
• Interest or experience in kitchen, bath, tile, or interior design
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects

Compensation

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Top performers can earn significantly more through sales volume

We are looking for someone who wants to grow their income by growing sales.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
