Kitchen and Bath Designer (Indoor Sales) Bilingual English & Spanish

MCOCOD is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer /Sales Representative to join our team. You will work closely with clients, construction manager, and the project team to develop and execute stunning interior remodeling projects. Your primary focus will be on designing kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry layouts that reflect client needs and personal style. The ideal candidate with passion for customer service, an exceptional level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Duties

• Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen, bath, and interior remodeling projects.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Answer customers' inquiries about prices, availability, and product uses.
• Assist in outside sales efforts by promoting design services to potential customers, to acquire new customers and expand our client base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Develop creative design concepts, floor plans, and elevations using design software 2020 Design.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for client review and approval.

Skills

• Bilingual English & Spanish is preferred, strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
• Proficiency in 20/20 design software, proficiency in interior design principles to create visually appealing spaces
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling processes and materials
• Experience in promoting products and services
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on closing deals.
• A natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or certification in Interior Design, Kitchen & Bath Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience (Preferred) in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry design

Other

We will provide one-month training for our product line. Upon completion of training, the Kitchen and Bath Designer is expected to perform job duties with minimal supervision.

Schedule Expectations

Full-time employment 8-hour shift

In office Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Commission based sales

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental Pay:

• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonus
