Kitchen and Bath Designer / Showroom Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer / Showroom Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will welcome customers into our showroom, guide them through kitchen and bathroom design options, and provide expert support throughout their project. Your passion for interior design and remodeling will help bring customer visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and accessories that fit their style, needs, and budget
  • Educate customers on door styles, finishes, cabinet construction, storage solutions, and pros/cons of various products or designs
  • Create accurate, build-ready layouts, elevations, and specifications using ProKitchen Design in accordance with company standards
  • Collaborate with builders, contractors, and homeowners on manufactured, semi-custom, and custom cabinetry solutions
  • Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure clear communication from concept through installation
  • Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and project timelines
  • Maintain showroom organization, product displays, and sample materials to create a welcoming environment
  • Ensure accuracy across all project documentation, including measurements, specifications, pricing, orders, and scheduling
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and construction standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in interior design, remodeling, or construction preferred
  • Proficiency in ProKitchen Design or similar software highly desirable
  • Knowledge of project management practices is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)
  • Understanding of cabinetry construction and installation requirements preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
