Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales

ECM CARPENTRY is searching for a Kitchen & Bath Design & sales representative to join our growing team! This role will be an integral part of our team, leading sales and developing strong customer relationships. We believe in craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in kitchen and bath design OR a passion for learning!
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to use design software (or a willingness to learn).
• Great communication and people skills.
• A creative eye and attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide customers with different packages available to complete their project
• Follow up on customer leads to increase conversion of potential purchasers to satisfied customers
• Consultative selling with customers to review their projects measurements and the aesthetic they are looking for
• Build customer confidence by offering practical suggestions to help the customers envision our products within their home and business.
• Make sure the customer is confident and comfortable with you and with the project's process from start to finish.
• Perform extensive cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Showcase and introduce our cabinetry products to potential clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to go out and do measurements if needed and talk to customers 1 on 1.
• Knows how to order any material that will be needed for said project.
• Excellent people person, works well with others in fast-paced commission sales environment
• Strong work ethic with drive to exceed expectations
• Open to learning and growing independently and from sales coaching
• Strong communication skills, detailed oriented and highly organized
• Works well under high pressure with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
• Must have a driver's license
• Learn about our products in-depth and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Drexel Hill, PA 19026
