Kitchen & Bath Expeditor/Sales Support!

As a Kitchen & Bath Operations Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping unlock the growth solutions we offer. Your determination, charisma, and energy will drive your success in this role.


What You’ll Do:

• Assist Designers and Sales Associates in facilitating the sales process, including payments and order statuses.
• Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the right resources.
• Maintain showroom pricing for Kitchen & Bath displays and samples.
• Notify members when their merchandise is ready for pickup and manage any return issues.
• Enter estimates, place orders, and process payments with precision.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the showroom is always in grand-opening ready condition.
• Utilize our CRM system for sales entry and customer relationship management.

You could be a perfect fit if you have:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest or background in Interior Design is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in interior design is a plus.
