Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, including upselling and account management, and have experience in B2B environments. You will be expected to effectively manage your territory and utilize Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within your assigned territory.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory management and business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Cabinet Sales and Design experience.
• Interior Design Experience.
• Strong skills in upselling, account management, and territory management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
• Previous experience in retail sales or business development is a plus.
