We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Designer to join our team and help homeowners bring their vision to life.

Position Overview

As a Sales Designer, you’ll guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to completion. You’ll combine design expertise with strong sales ability, creating functional and beautiful spaces while helping clients feel confident in their investment. The ideal candidate is proficient in 2020 Design (or similar CAD software), has a proven track record in design sales, and thrives in both showroom and in-home client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in our office and at their home to understand project goals, measure, sketch, and document existing spaces.
• Develop detailed kitchen, bathroom, and whole-house renovation design plans that balance aesthetics, function, and budget.
• Recommend products, finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures to match client preferences.
• Produce professional drawings and build-ready plans using 2020 Design or similar software.
• Collaborate closely with our project management and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process with transparency and confidence.
• Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of kitchen and bathroom design experience (whole-house renovation design a plus).
• Proficiency with CAD software, preferably 2020 Design.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• NKBA certification (CKBD, AKBD) or similar credential is a plus.
