• Management of the Subcontractors/Suppliers operating on behalf of Mirage PFM as required.
  
  

Accountabilities

• To ensure that kitchen and laundry equipment are in good working condition.
• To perform repairs and replacement of kitchen, laundry appliances and other electronic devices (i.e. TVs, etc.).
• To recommend to the FM Supervisor if the equipment is beyond repair and needs replacement or repair.
  
  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen and laundry appliances repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure that small equipment and appliances are serviced/cleaned regularly and in good condition.
• Ensure that equipment serves its useful life and extend lifecycle where possible on spare-parts availability.
• Respond to client complaints / requests promptly and courteously and resolve any faults at the shortest possible time.
• Attend to the commissioning of new kitchen and laundry equipment installations if required.
• Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.
  
  

Skills

• Knowledge and ability to repair appliances and electronic devices.
• Thorough knowledge of related field.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures.
  
  

Language

• English
• Arabic is an advantage
  
  

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Maintenance Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in appliances maintenance
• Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
