*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Food Preparation:*

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to company recipes and standards.

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, marinating, and seasoning.

- Help in the assembly of dishes and meals, such as burgers, fries, and salads.

- *Kitchen Maintenance:*

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment.

- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking instruments as needed.

- Perform routine checks on kitchen appliances and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.

- *Stock Management:*

- Assist in inventory management by unloading deliveries and organizing storage areas.

- Monitor ingredient supplies and notify supervisors of low stock to maintain inventory levels.

- *Compliance and Safety:*

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the kitchen supervisor.

- *Efficiency and Collaboration:*

- Work efficiently to meet service times and collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation.

- Participate in briefings and debriefings during shifts to understand kitchen goals and operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs27,000.00 per month
