Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer-Sales

Overview

Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath Inc. is looking for a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer/Sales Professional to create stunning, functional spaces while achieving sales growth. The role involves designing with 20/20 software, quoting projects, and managing client relationships to meet sales targets.

The Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer/ Sales Professional will work with the sales team as well as individually to assist customers, drive sales, and work with remodel customers from start to finish. Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath is looking for a detail-oriented team member with a positive and energized approach. Design experience would be preferred for this role and sales experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customers’ needs and guide them through the design process, offering expert advice, product selections and generating quotes to create a design that will exceed customer expectations.
• Create a work order for customers and oversee the project through completion.
• Oversee the full cycle ordering process for cabinets, countertops, hardware and flooring.
• Provide expert knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, countertops and flooring.
• Work showroom hours (includes some nights and weekends)
• Perform sales duties in a retail store setting.
• Provide knowledgeable information and specifications in a friendly and positive manner.
• Keep showroom organized

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
