About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, client-facing designer to support our growing business. This role combines design, site visits, client interaction, and coordination with vendors and contractors. This is not a pure design role — it requires ownership from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements
• Design kitchens, baths, and closets using 2020 Design or ProKitchen
• Prepare layouts, selections, and presentations for clients
• Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and vendors
• Support project execution to ensure design intent is maintained

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in kitchen, bath, or closet design
• Proficiency in 2020 Kitchen Design or ProKitchen and coset design software (required)
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, and space planning
• Must be local and able to independently conduct site visits
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Compensation

Hourly compensation to start, with the opportunity to move toward commission-based earnings over time as pipeline and project volume grow.
