Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven, knowledgeable Sales Professional to grow our residential remodeling business. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them from initial consultation through the final contract for kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-home and showroom consultations to assess project needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Design & Estimation: Create detailed project scopes and estimates; use design software to present visual concepts.
- Lead Management: Promptly follow up and qualify company-provided leads while actively networking with realtors and architects to generate new business.
- Contract Negotiation: Present and close contracts, ensuring profitability and accurate project expectations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers and subcontractors to ensure a seamless handoff for construction execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–5 years in construction sales, remodeling, or interior design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cabinet design programs is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and residential building codes.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for high-ticket residential projects.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
