We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bath Design + Project Consultant who thrives at the intersection of design, sales, and real-world execution.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. This is a front-line, client-facing, transformation-driving role where you guide homeowners from inspiration → design → contract.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the full client journey—from the first conversation to a signed contract.

  • Meet homeowners on-site and uncover their goals, style, and budget
  • Design kitchens, baths, and living spaces that are both beautiful and buildable
  • Present concepts, scope, and pricing with confidence and clarity
  • Build detailed proposals and guide clients through decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align design, scope, and execution
  • Manage multiple active opportunities while maintaining a high close rate
  • Deliver a premium client experience that turns into referrals and repeat business

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience (required)
  • 3+ years in residential construction or remodeling (preferred)
  • Experience with proposals, estimating, or design concepts
  • Strong comfort with technology (Mac-based environment)
  • A passion for home renovation, design, or building

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
