Job Title: Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist customers in-person and via phone, understanding their needs
• Operate cash register with precision and efficiency
• Utilize our sales software system for sales and data input
• Kitchen & Bath design
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
• Maintain a tidy and organized showroom sales floor environment
• Stay informed about our product offerings and promotions
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

• Proficiency in English
• Design software
• Strong basic math skills essential for accurate transactions
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers preferred
• Experience with Excel & Word a plus
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and interior design sales is advantageous

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
