Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Person

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Person, where you will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and elevating customer experiences. Madsen Inc. was established in 1946, as a plumbing and heating retailer. In 1964, after several years of careful planning, the Madsen Design Center opened at 2901 Springfield Rd. Broomall PA. This is one of the largest Kitchen & Bathroom Showrooms in the Delaware Valley.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients in determining product and design selection.
• Create detailed design solutions that will include cabinet plans and elevations, perspectives and associated details.
• Develop pricing quotes/estimates.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation through closing, including negotiation of pricing and terms.
• Prepare and review order confirmation for accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on renovation processes, construction timelines, maintenance requirements, and interior design concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 20/20 experience required.
• 5 years of Kitchen & Bath design experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to articulate product benefits and close sales confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with remodeling processes, construction practices, interior design principles, and maintenance considerations.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and produce design projects within deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
