Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Showroom Consultant, where you will play a vital role in transforming clients’ visions into stunning reality! You will guide clients through the entire remodeling journey, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience. Duties

• Engage with customers through inside sales efforts, building strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct detailed layout design using 20/20 design software to create customized kitchen and bath plans.
• Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting features such as fixtures, cabinetry, and countertops.
• Assist clients in selecting high-quality materials and finishes that align with their style and budget.
• Collaborate with clients on renovation and remodeling projects, offering guidance on finish selections and options.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, project details, and account management activities and retail math principles.
• Support merchandising efforts by showcasing products effectively in the showroom and maintain the overall appearance of the showroom.
• Stay informed about industry trends in interior design, remodeling techniques, and retail sales strategies to continuously enhance your expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales within the renovation or interior design industry is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with 20/20 design software and layout design techniques.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, remodeling projects, and maintenance considerations.
• Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and design options to clients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
