Kitchen & Bath Project Coordinator / Designer Assistant

Company Roll:

Supports the designer and customers by preparing design packets, estimating cabinetry & countertop packages, managing logistics, scheduling installations, coordinating deliveries, and providing post-job customer service. In this role, you will also learn to design kitchens.

Primary Responsibilities

✔ Build complete design packets (layouts, notes, selections, revisions)
✔ Create cabinet countertop estimates
✔ Submit and track all cabinet orders
✔ Manage receiving, checking for damage/accuracy
✔ Schedule deliveries, installers, countertop templating
✔ Communicate with homeowners, builders, GC’s, and vendors
✔ Track jobsite readiness
✔ Manage punchlist items and part re-orders
✔ Maintain project status board/log

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
