We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Project Manager / Designer to lead innovative renovation projects from concept to completion. Duties

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance on design options and material selections
• Develop detailed design plans using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 2020 to create accurate renderings and technical drawings
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction oversight
• Prepare comprehensive contracts and proposals that clearly outline scope of work, timelines, costs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and lighting sales teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to design intent
• Conduct site visits for inspections during renovation or remodeling phases to monitor progress and quality control
• Incorporate color theory and lighting design principles to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of each space
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial parameters while maintaining high standards of quality

Experience

• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling or renovation projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating interior design capabilities
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or 2020 for drafting, ordering, and visualization purposes
• Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, budgeting practices, and project management methodologies
• Familiarity with cabinetry lines, tile, hardware vendors
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle procurement logistics, vendor negotiations, and contract administration

Pay: $60,102.75 - $72,381.81 per year
