Kitchen, Bath & Remodeling Project Manager / Designer / Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Designer / Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, managing projects from design through completion, and closing sales with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to assess project needs, goals, and design preferences
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed proposals
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and contracts
• Oversee remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timelines
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the project
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen, bath, or home remodeling (required)
• Strong background in project management, design, or sales
• Knowledge of design software(Pro Kitchen SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
