Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer who is both creatively driven and results-oriented. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is confident in closing sales, managing multiple projects, and delivering a premium client experience from concept through completion. Strong proficiency in 20/20 Design software is required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving sales through in-showroom consultations, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Designing kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home cabinetry solutions using 20/20 Design
- Leading client meetings with confidence—guiding decisions, managing expectations, and closing deals
- Creating detailed, accurate drawings, renderings, and specifications
- Developing and presenting proposals that convert to signed contracts
- Managing projects from initial consultation through installation and completion
- Coordinating with contractors, installers, and vendors to ensure execution aligns with design intent
- Taking precise field measurements and verifying all project details
- Maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the entire process
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We Expect (Non-Negotiables):
- Proven success in kitchen and bath sales (not just design)
- Advanced proficiency in 20/20 Design software
- Ability to close sales confidently—this is a sales role first, design role second
- Strong product knowledge: cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and installation processes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects without dropping details
- Professional communication skills with both clients and trade partners
- Accountability, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of kitchen & bath design/sales experience
- NKBA certification or formal design education (a plus, not required)
- Experience working in a showroom or construction/design-build environment
Compensation:
- Base salary + aggressive commission structure (high earning potential for top performers)

- Full-time, including some evenings and weekends (client-facing role)
Work Environment:
- Showroom-based with regular on-site visits for measurements and project coordination
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
