Candidates with experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, construction sales, building materials, or interior design will be prioritized.

Fine Wood Interiors is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys helping clients bring their homes to life. As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer, you will work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to guide them through cabinetry selections and project planning.

In this role, you will also use our design software, 2020 Design, to help create cabinet layouts and visualize projects for clients. Experience with cabinet design is a plus, but the most important qualities are strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Fine Wood Interiors is a locally owned cabinetry company serving Durango and the Four Corners region since 1998. We specialize in cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and entire homes, partnering with homeowners, builders, and designers to deliver high-quality results and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through phone, email, referrals, and online platforms
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and interior designers
• Assist customers in selecting cabinet styles, finishes, and layouts
• Use 2020 Design software to help create cabinet layouts and visualize projects for clients
• Provide quotes, product information, and guidance throughout the sales process
• Manage projects from initial inquiry through sale completion
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication with clients
• Close sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on cabinet products, design trends, and manufacturer offerings

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or home design experience
• Proven sales experience in home improvement, construction sales, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or related field preferred
• Experience using 2020 Design or other design software is a plus
• Cabinet design experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients
• Organized and comfortable using CRM systems and computer software

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Position based in Durango, Colorado
