Kitchen & Bath Senior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen & Bath Senior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of kitchen cabinets, countertops, stone materials, and interior design. This person will work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and retail clients to create functional and beautiful kitchen and bathroom designs while supporting the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their design needs and project goals
• Create kitchen and bathroom layouts and 3D designs
• Recommend cabinets, countertops, quartz, marble, porcelain, and other materials
• Prepare design presentations, quotes, and project proposals
• Manage projects from design phase to final installation
• Coordinate with sales team, installers, fabricators, and contractors
• Assist customers in showroom selections and product decisions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Stay updated on current kitchen and bath design trends
• Support retail showroom operations and sales growth
