#### About the Role

As our Kitchen Cabinet Designer, you will work closely with homeowners, builders, and remodelers to design custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinet layouts that exceed client expectations. You’ll turn visions into reality using the latest design software while ensuring projects stay on budget and meet high-quality standards.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design needs, preferences, style, and budget

- Create detailed 2D/3D kitchen cabinet layouts, elevations, and renderings using design software (2020 Design)

- Select appropriate cabinet styles, materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories

- Prepare accurate quotes, material lists, and cost estimates

- Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions as needed

- Stay current with kitchen design trends, new materials, and cabinetry innovations

- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and safety standards

#### What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Kitchen Cabinet Designer or similar role

- Proficiency with kitchen design software (2020 Design)

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen cabinet projects

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and installation processes

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus

- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in our new Knoxville showroom/location

Pay: $49,563.82 - $100,000.00 per year
