Job Summary

Prep Smart Painting is looking to hire 2 experienced Kitchen Cabinet Painters to join our team immediately. We are seeking skilled professionals who can hit the ground running with little to no training required. A company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

- Prep, prime, paint, and finish kitchen cabinets to a high-quality standard

- Properly sand, clean, and mask cabinet surfaces for optimal paint adhesion

- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

- Ensure smooth, even coats and flawless finishes on all cabinet surfaces

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites

- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the job

Qualifications

- Proven experience painting kitchen cabinets (required)

- Skilled with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Valid driver's license

- Must be able to start ASAP
