Kitchen Cabinetry Designer & Operations Manager

Kitchen Cabinetry Designer & Operations Manager
Studio Quattro Design
Solana Beach Design District – San Diego, CA

Studio Quattro Design is a luxury kitchen and cabinetry showroom in the Solana Beach Design District, featuring Veneta Cucine. We specialize in high-end residential kitchens and full-home cabinetry programs, working closely with discerning homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders.

We are seeking a highly organized, design-oriented professional to serve as the backbone of our showroom operations—owning design development, estimating, vendor coordination, and project execution from concept through delivery.

This is a high-visibility, high-growth role with a clear path to Showroom Manager within 3–6 months and Territory Manager within ~2 years as the company expands.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and project management. You will take projects from initial concept through detailed design, pricing, ordering with Italian manufacturers, and coordination of delivery and installation.

You will work directly with sales, clients, and vendors to ensure a seamless, high-end customer experience while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development
Develop kitchen and cabinetry layouts aligned with client needs, architectural plans, and brand standards. Produce detailed 2D/3D drawings and presentations to support client decisions.

Estimating & Proposals
Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals based on cabinetry systems, finishes, accessories, and installation scope. Continuously refine pricing accuracy and efficiency.

Vendor Coordination (Italy)
Manage ordering and communication with Italian manufacturers, including Veneta Cucine. Ensure design intent is accurately translated into production orders and resolve any technical or specification issues.

Logistics & Delivery Management
Coordinate international shipping, customs considerations, warehousing, and final delivery timelines. Track orders end-to-end to ensure on-time and complete fulfillment.

Project Management
Oversee projects through execution, coordinating with installers, contractors, and design professionals. Manage timelines, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues.

Operations & Process Improvement
Build and refine internal workflows for design, estimating, ordering, and project tracking. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes as the business grows.

Client & Team Support
Partner closely with the sales team to support client presentations, revisions, and technical clarifications. Serve as a trusted technical and operational resource internally and externally.
