Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, counters, and equipment.
• Wash and disinfect utensils, trays, and food preparation tools.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are followed as instructed by the supervisor.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Remove waste and dispose of it safely according to company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, ovens, mixers, and other kitchen machinery.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and write in English (for following written instructions and safety labels).
• Ability to listen carefully and follow verbal directions from supervisors.
• Previous experience in kitchen or food factory cleaning is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
