Diamond Home Improvement is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Design and Flooring Sales Specialist at our Klamath Falls location. Position not limited to just kitchen sales. We are looking for someone who can sell the complete package -- including cabinets, flooring, countertops, fixtures and more. We pay uncapped commission under a draw structure.

Must be able to communicate one-on-one with customers and exhibit proficiency when creating, updating and renovating kitchen/bathroom design projects. Prior cabinetry design with 20/20 software, retail experience and/or a construction background is a huge plus but is not required, as we are willing to train the right individual. This is a full-time position with company benefits that include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, and paid time off. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Compensation dependent upon experience. Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
