Kitchen Design Lead

Job Description: The Kitchen Design Lead will play a crucial role in making a bridge between clients and designers, ensuring that all design projects are completed to the highest standards. This individual will also be responsible for designing kitchens using the 2020 Design software, assisting clients with their design needs, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a keen eye for interior/practical design, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of kitchen designers.
• Utilize 2020 Design software to create innovative and functional kitchen designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Drive sales by offering good customer service and design solutions.
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
