What You’ll Do

• Lead clients through the full kitchen design and sales process—from consultation to contract
• Create thoughtful, high-end kitchen designs aligned with client vision and budget
• Present and sell design concepts with confidence and clarity
• Develop projects from concept through order placement and handoff
• Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in kitchen design, interior design, or design-build sales
• Strong sales mindset with a desire to earn at a high level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Design-forward thinker with attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Comfortable discussing budgets, pricing, and closing sales
