<Responsibilities>

• Engage with clients through inside and outside sales channels to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets for kitchen renovations.
• Use 2020 and other design software to create detailed layout plans that incorporate lighting design, cabinetry, countertops, and other key elements.
• Conduct product demos and educate customers on lighting solutions, fixtures, materials, and remodeling options to facilitate informed decisions.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Upsell premium products and services by highlighting features such as custom cabinetry, or advanced layout options to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage account details using POS systems and maintain organized records of client interactions, project progress, and sales data.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing client relationships for future projects.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end products or remodeling services.
• Strong proficiency in 2020 design software, and layout design tools; knowledge of lighting design is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with renovation processes, construction practices, interior design principles, and maintenance considerations.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy in retail math and merchandising standards.
