Kitchen Designer and Sales Consultant
Cleveland Cabinets, Cleveland Westside Warehouse

Cleveland Cabinets is hiring a driven, people-focused Kitchen Designer to work out of our westside warehouse. This role is the first point of contact for walk-ins, homeowners, contractors, and investors, so we need someone who can guide clients, solve problems, and close deals.

You will be hands-on in the warehouse showroom, meeting clients face-to-face, building layouts, walking them through cabinet options, pricing out projects, and helping them move quickly from idea to purchase.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in-person at the warehouse showroom, meeting clients and walking them through options
  • Create kitchen layouts using 2020 Design
  • Help homeowners, contractors, builders, and investors plan their projects
  • Manage your pipeline from initial consult to final sale
  • Provide fast, accurate pricing and project guidance
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom section within the warehouse
  • Support inbound leads and help convert high-intent walk-ins
  • Build relationships with local contractors and repeat buyers

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in 2020 Kitchen Design is a must, and strong sales ability matters even more
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and showroom environment with constant foot traffic
  • Confident communicator who can turn conversations into closed projects
  • Ability to multitask, handle priorities, and move clients forward
  • Someone who takes pride in helping clients get real results, not just sending quotes

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Unlimited commissions with real upside based on performance

Our cabinet pricing is the lowest in the area, so closing projects is fairly easy. We have RTA cabinets available at our warehouse for cash and go sales as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
