We’re looking for a reliable and organized Kitchen Designer and Selections Coordinator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Role

You’ll be the go-to person in the office for design coordination and ordering materials such as plumbing, lighting, and hardware, scheduling, and project paperwork so our crews can stay focused on the work in the field.

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Kitchen Designer and Selection Coordinator to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through the selection process and designing their ideal kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for design, and experience in sales and customer service. Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen renovations or remodeling projects
• Create detailed layout designs using Cyncly 2020
• Present product options, including cabinetry, lighting fixtures, countertops, and accessories
• Handle POS transactions, and retail math accurately during client consultations
• Maintain organized product displays

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cyncly 2020 software, lighting design, and layout design tools
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and interior design principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with POS systems, retail math, merchandising
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Background in marketing or account management is advantageous
• Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
