Kitchen Designer (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Skywood Cabinet & Flooring is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team in Round Rock, TX.

This role combines design, customer interaction, and showroom support. You will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders to create functional and visually appealing kitchen and bath designs, while also assisting walk-in customers in our showroom.

Responsibilities

• Create kitchen and bath layouts based on customer measurements
• Assist customers with cabinet and flooring selections
• Provide basic pricing guidance and product recommendations
• Support showroom operations and greet walk-in customers
• Follow up with leads and help convert them into sales
• Coordinate with team members on orders and availability

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/bath design or related field preferred
• Familiar with design software (2020 Design, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Able to work Saturdays
