Kitchen Designer (Hybrid – Showroom + Production | Base + Commission)

Compensation: $60,000 – $95,000 per year (Base + Commission)

About the Role

Coast to Coast Cabinets is hiring a Kitchen Designer who can design with precision and close with confidence.

This hybrid role combines production-level cabinet design with showroom consultations and full sales ownership. You will meet clients, create professional kitchen layouts, present your designs clearly, and close the sale from start to finish.

We provide strong systems and operational support. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, accountability, and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct showroom consultations and manage client appointments
• Design kitchens using 2020 Design (preferred) or comparable software
• Produce clean layouts, elevations, and order-ready cabinet plans
• Present designs confidently and close sales
• Manage revisions, selections, and pricing
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy before ordering
• Maintain organized project files and consistent follow-up
• Contribute to showroom revenue growth

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen/cabinet design experience
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or similar software
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and layout standards
• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and accountable
